The room is available from 1st of APRIL.
The location is central in the beautiful green area of St Anne’s Park.
The room is FURNISHED with a bed, a desk, a chair and a drawer unit and two bookcase shelving units. There is also a 3 door built in wardrobe in the room as well .
The room is south facing with plenty of sun and a distant sea view.
The flat is currently shared with 2 others (1 m / 1 f) and we are looking for a quiet, clean and tidy person to share with. We are looking for a female, aged 23+.
Contract with landlady for 6 months or longer.
International professional people are very welcome.
Rent is £437 per month plus bills ( council tax, internet, gas, electricity and wifi). We also need 1 month's rent £437 as a deposit (this will be returned to you at the end of your stay).
