Shared house in West Hove/Not Quite Portslade

Room available in a two bed semi-detached house in West Hove.

The room is partially furnished but I can obtain more depending on requirements or move some out.

The lounge comes with Virgin media cable TV and broadband and wireless, and a guitar or two.
The bathroom has a corner bath and a separate shower.
The kitchen has a gas hob and a washing machine as well as the usual appliances.
There is a reasonable sized south facing patio garden for BBQs etc complete with picnic bench.
There is on street parking without any permits and it’s usually easy to find a space.
It is about five minutes walk from Portslade Station with direct trains to Victoria so would suit a commuter.
There is a bus stop just over the road to get into Brighton.
Space is available for a bike in the conservatory.
The house is also only a short walk from the new Boulder Brighton climbing wall.

I work during the day and have a variety of sporting hobbies to keep me occupied in the evenings but am quite happy to socialise.
