Bright, quiet, double room in shared flat

Room in a shared house with one other friendly professional male available until 1st May 2015.

My girlfriend has gone away and in order to cover the rent I am renting our bedroom out on a weekly basis, as you need it. The rent is £125 per week, including all the bills. Unfortunately there is no use of the living room but there is a kitchen and bathroom which you would share with me. It is a quiet house, especially during the week as I am commuting to London every morning.

It is in a good, central location right next to Palmeira Square with lots of independent café’s and restaurants nearby and the beach 2 streets away.

It is a nice, cosy flat and the room is bright and clean.

All the bills are included and payment is one week in advance, or you can pay for multiple weeks in advance if you know you would like it for a set time.
