Looking for a new housemate to share our lovely home.
We work day/night shifts so the house is chilled and peaceful most of the time, we do socialise and have a laugh!! We are looking for someone who can respect our need to sleep(!!) and who wants a nice home to live in.

It is important that our housemate gets why recycling is necessary, has good bathroom and toilet etiquette and keeps the kitchen tidy...... Seems petty? Then this place probably isn't for you!!

Furnished, good size single room with desk, built-in wardrobe, fitted shelves and lots of storage space. Shared brand new bathroom, living room and newly-refurbished kitchen... and a big garden with a fire pit!

Rent includes all bills and superfast WiFi (bedding supplied if needed). Free on-street parking behind the house. A huge Sainsburys, a Tesco and Aldi, plus high street shops and Portslade train station are a few minutes walk away.

With excellent transport links, this lovely room offers a little gem of tranquility in our busy city and would suit a single student or professional.

Short-term lets considered. £550 per month. Please note this room is for a maximum of 1 year.
