All Incl. Double Room in V Central Flat [BRIGHTON]

Hello,
I'm Morgan, and I'm looking for one nice person to share my two-bedroom flat on the border of Brighton and Hove.

[TL; DR] I'm not considering couples, students, smokers, or pets, sorry!

I have a bright, south-facing room to rent in a spacious 1st floor flat in the Seven Dials area. This is a quiet and green residential area, while also being very convenient for Brighton Station, town center, the sea, and pretty much anywhere else of interest! (*walking distances below.)

The flat is recently refurbished, including a completely new bathroom suite.

Features: 50MB broadband internet, washing machine, new dishwasher and microwave, gas cooker, giant shared living room with a big TV, and a dining table.

You'll be sharing the flat with me, and my miniature husky, Lex - so you should be a dog person! He does sometimes bark when people come to the door, but he's very friendly - so don't fret. He's a small dog, and he absolutely loves cuddles.

I've been living here at least 2 months myself, and I keep the place very clean and tidy. I work full time at a video game studio in Brighton, and Lex comes to work with me. In the evenings, if I'm not visiting friends or the girlfriend, I'm often at home messing about on my computer.

I'm looking for a friendly housemate who cleans up after themselves, likes dogs, and isn't a big party animal. Ideally you'd like to stay for 5 months+, but shorter term also considered.

The room to rent is currently unfurnished for tenants who bring their own bits, but I can provide key furnishings if needed (bed, wardrobe, table). The carpets are nice and clean and there's rails for curtains to go up. The room fits a double bed, but the choice to go for single bed + extra space is yours. I also have some unused storage space elsewhere in the flat, if needed.

Resident's parking can be applied for, there's also plenty of pay & display spaces outside.

ALL Bills are included in the £600/month rent. First month up front + £500 deposit is expected.

10 min to Brighton Station,
15 min to Churchill Square shopping center,
3 min to supermarkets,
15 min to the seafront (the nice, non-crowded, Hove end!)
3 min to St Anne's Well Gardens park.
