Lovely double room available in Hove from Sep

Room can be furnished or unfurnished. Flat is a two bed flat which I've lived in for over two years and don't want to leave! It's in a great location in Hove, right by Small Batch Coffee and within close proximity to Hove train station and bus routes.

I'm a professional working in Brighton. Currently working full time whilst studying so would prefer someone who is more on the quiet side (rather than someone who enjoys a rave or two every weekend). I'd love the sort of household where we can hang out whilst still respecting each other's independence too.
