Very large double room in spacious 2 bedroom flat share, approximately 10 minutes walk to Hove station, 3 minutes to beach.
I am a self employed professional, friendly and easy to live with. I have recently moved back to Brighton and my interests include swimming, drinking wine and socialising but am beyond the crazy party stage every weekend!
I am an occasional smoker who has the odd one with wine on the balcony but no smoking indoors!
Looking for a flatmate who is a professional, similar age and clean!
Council tax is all included in the rent. Currently we put £40/month in a kitty to cover electric/household essentials etc.
Room has large built in wardrobe and comes with a new king size bed and the rest of the flat is furnished and newly decorated.
Unfortunately, the room is only available for 7 months as my current flatmate and owner of flat is going travelling.
