Hello there,
I'm looking for a friendly flat mate to move in and share the two bedroom flat I call home.
The room is a double room with a small fire place and two windows.
The living area is open plan and a really sociable space with a small balcony coming off the kitchen.
The room is not furnished and there is space for some living area furniture if you have some. If you don't have any furniture this is also fine as there is plenty here. Possibly a bed if needed.
Bills are about £160 a month, this includes gas, electric, council tax, internet and water.
There is street parking in zone O which has no waiting list and it's always easy to park.
I'm looking for someone who is relatively tidy, chilled out and sociable.
