Twin room in Hove Park Area.

The house is composed by a large living room, kitchen and bathroom, all in share with me and my husband.
In the house there is a 5 months old kitten.

The house is in a quiet residential area, in front of Hove Park, where you can find tennis and football ground, facilities and equipment for runners.
5 min from Hove Station and 25 min walk from Brighton center.
We have also 6 different line of buses ( no. 7 - 21 - 5 - 5a - 5b - 56).

In the house, you can find more facilities like a wifi, washing machine, books and DVDs in english (very usefull if you study english), space outside for the bike.

We ask for this room for each person £320 bill inclusive (council tax, home insurance, internet, electricity, water, gas) and we make a contract for min 3 months.
We will like to rent to girls.

The room is available in share from 19th August with a Corean Girl and it is empty from 1st September.

You can have have this room also as a single.
