We have a small double room in a lovely shared house with three professionals (two ladies and a man). The room is great with large sache window looking out onto the garden, and the space is bright and airy, enhanced by the Georgian high ceiling. The room will come unfurnished.

The rest of the house is very spacious with a comfortable and welcoming living room and well equipped kitchen. Amazing sized, beautiful, garden with shed. Located in the Seven Dials area, a convenient 10 minute walk from Brighton train station and Churchill Square with on street permitted parking (no waiting list).

Current flat mates are all in their mid to late 20s, sociable young professionals. We like to spend time together as well as enjoying our own space.

To sign a 6 month contract with an agency.
