Fantastic Hove flat

A lovely, sunny flat in a fantastic central Hove location: Five minutes to the beach, bars and restaurants, fifteen minutes to the station and only a twenty minute walk to central Brighton.

The double room is bright, warm and quiet, with great storage: two built-in double wardrobes and space for a chest of drawers.

You'll be living with two great housemates - Suzi (28) and Andrew (26) - who are looking for a sociable, clean and tidy housemate to share a home rather than a crash pad/ party house. (Sorry, only young professionals of a similar age need apply)

A few other details...

*Zone N parking, so no waiting list and always spaces
*flat screen in the living room, space to store a bike and washing machine
*caretaker takes out the rubbish - bonus!

You'll need to pay a months's deposit, plus £100 to the exiting housemate (me!) for a share of house stuff (TV, freezer, balcony furniture etc etc...) to save having to sell or split stuff up.

Moving date is flexible, but the latest I'm looking to move is in 4 weeks' time.
