I have a bright double room within a spacious flat on the 4th floor of an apartment block close to Hove's excellent cafes, restaurants and bus services. And, Hove station is only a 10 minute walk away.

You'll share the bathroom, kitchen and lounge with me only. The bathroom has a power shower, the kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The lounge is comfortable with a large screen TV, YouView and BT infinity2 internet. There is direct access from the lounge to a west facing balcony.

The bedroom is approximately 3. 9m x 2. 7m in size. It's newly decorated in white, has a solid parquet floor and a large west facing window with blinds. There is good wardrobe storage, a small double bed and a table. I would be happy to remove the bed and table if you'd prefer to bring your own though.

The room is currently unrented so entry date is negotiable with the right person. Happy for short and longer term lets.

I'm in residents Parking Zone N, which has no waiting list. Pay and display is also available.

A bit about me, I am a 48 year old gay guy originally from Scotland who has lived in Brighton for 10 years. I am friendly, fairly relaxed and looking to share with someone similar. I think its good to feel comfortable with the person you share with, so chemistry is important as is trust and reliability. I'm an off/on social smoker, but prefer the flat to be smoke free.
