Double Room, Hove,1 Min From Beach And Local Shops

There are two of us living in the ground floor 3 bed flat, late 20s early 30s. Both of us are really busy with full time jobs and our social life, we manage to catch up over breakfast or cuppa though. We're looking to live with someone who is also working full time. If you would like to live in a friendly, clean, tidy and collaborative environment then you've bumped into the right advert!

The small double room has become available (it fits a double bed, desk, wardrobe, side table, the photos make it look smaller than it is). It's a good size for the price and someone who isn't carrying the world with them.

We're 1 minute from the beach and large tesco store....close to the town hall.

We share the kitchen (washing machine) with a breakfast table it's nice and bright and has all the things you'd need in a kitchen, shared living room is large and bright with dining table, the bathroom has a bath and nice shower and there is a separate toilet.

The lounge has a good TV and freeview channels.

Bills are roughly 90-100 monthly.

Deposit is one months rent.
