Sea View Aweome Housemate Needed

Hi!
We are two eccentric self employed musicians gigging and teaching to pay our rent!
Dave is a double bass player/ flute player / vegetarian and has a van with stars on it! Trevelyan is a multi-instrumentalist/ music tutor/ meat eater
We both have really random schedules gigs ect

We’re a sociable household and we like to get together and hang out whether its drinking eating or playing chess…. . Chess is amazing.

We would love to share a home (this house) with self motivated, energy conscious tidy, creative open minded people.

We feel that its really important to know about who u live with so when you email us tell us about yourself. We love a clean kitchen but are not crazy if it sometimes gets a bit messy, SE la vi
We would love to have meals together, films on the projector/ hifi in the living room, and some parties… But we can’t have pets or smokers sorry. (casual smokers ok)

The room has an awesome view of the sea and grand avenue! It’s a good sized double and there is a double bed and futon and some other stuff if you want it - left by the previous guy. The house was originally unfurnished. We have a washing machine too now. The house is on the 3rd and 4th floors off a back street just off second avenue, hove. The kitchen is decent and the bathroom. , So come and check it out. The living room is bloody huge!

The rent is £395 a month with 1 months rent deposit and an agency fee of £165. Council tax and bills adds up to another £60 - £70 a month. I’ve (dave) been here with loads of different cool people over the last 3 years. We love this place basically : )
if you earn less than £20, 000 pounds a year you need a home owning guarantor or they won’t let you move in. The letting agency have treated us well with repairs and any problems and the neighbours are cool too. There’s the kebab shop and Turkish place/ butchers/ shops offices ect on this back alley – all sweet people! It’s mega friendly but run down looking.
If you are not from the UK the deposit is 3 months rent and all 6 months of the tenancy agreement paid up front so about £3, 500. This sucks basically so I thought I should say!
