The bedroom already comes with a double bed, fitted wardrobe and a desk.

There is a spacious living room with dinning table, the living room connects to a newly refurbished kitchen. The house is pretty much furnished, including kitchen equiment .

The house has two bathrooms, with is very handy, both with showers and baths.

The house is located in a great location, poets conner, which is very lovely and quite but very close to near by attractions. The house is less than a minute walk to Hove Station and to Hove town centre. The house is about 5-7 mins walk to the beach and if you fancy walking to Brighton Town it only takes me 20 minutes. There are many bus stops located near the house too!

We have a dog, he's very friendly and loveable! We have house shared with the same people for a long time and we have had no problems!

Some bills have already been paid for, for example the water bill etc. Bills are very cheap, £10 per month for sky TV package and internet and gas and electric is every three months and it tends to work out around £30-40 per person everything three months.

There is off street parking available.
