Brighton Professional Female? Short Term/Part time

Hello there!

I work for Hewlett Packard at American Express. I am fairly active, low key during the week and out and about on the weekends.

I have a Double room for rent (for single occupancy) in my lovely flat in 7 dials, a ten minute walk from Brighton Station/City Centre/Hove
I am looking for a female who is in full time employment (ideally Mon - Fri 9-5ish) in their 30's - early 40's

Happy to consider a part time price for the room

The room is at the back of the house so is nice and quiet, it has a wardrobe, set of drawers and some shelfs. The flat is modern, clean and tidy with all the mod cons!. There is a seven seater lounge and a large tv. There is a separate WC to bathroom.

The rent includes water/electric/gas/tax/virgin wifi. I can include bed linen, towels and extra storage

The Neighbourhood is Peaceful and respectful

House Rules:

Help keep the place clean and tidy
Quiet flat 11pm-8am
Use of lounge and kitchen is 8am - 11pm
No smoking
No Parties as this is a residential/family area
No Guests 10pm-8am
A second guest can only stay over for the £50 per night, and it must be agreed up front - I would only want this to be occasional though
