Cozy Double Room In Seafront

This house in located in front of beach so we have nice view and can have a relaxing time very near the house. Many people spend their time at this place in summer.( it takes 10 min from city centre by bus(1, 5, 6, 49 etc.) and 20 min on foot)

there is 3 double rooms, 2 bathroom, big living room and kitchen.
I offer 1 double room and there is big double bed, hanger and bedside drawer.

It is 460 pound for a month(exclude bills) and deposit is 500 pound..
if you move to this house, you will live with only 2 people. (Current flatmates are 1 sussex uni student from Korea and 1 worker from Italy)

we don't care about gender or occupation.
