Lovely and bright double room in a friendly shared

Hi there,

We are looking for a flatmate to come and share this beautiful townhouse located in a peaceful mews near Hove Lawns.

There are currently 2 hard-working female professionals living in the house, aged 36 and 40, who are both bubbly characters and enjoy a night in in front of the telly during the week as well as socialising with friends at weekends.

The house consists of:

Ground floor: hallway, toilet, utility room, outside area
First floor: living room and kitchen
Second floor: two bedrooms and a bathroom
Third floor: third bedroom in converted loft

The available bedroom is on the second floor. It is a nice and bright room and would be unfurnished (the bed shown in the photo is no longer available).
There might be flexibility from the leaving housemate to provide some pieces of furniture.

The house is nice and warm in the Winter and, in the Summer, it benefits from a lovely outside area.

Rent: £530
Bills: £114

We ask for a £200 holding fee if you decide you want the room. This will be deducted from the deposit, which is £666.
