Cosy Double in Light and Airy Flatshare in Hove

We are two male flatmates in our 30’s looking for a considerate, chilled out professional male/female late 20s to early 40s to occupy a bedroom in a lovely top floor flatshare in Hove. We are looking for a medium to long term occupancy.

The room is available for moving in from Christmas through to the 12th January.

We are a fairly social flat and tend to hangout together. This usually involves chilling out, watching tv and generally talking nonsense and having a laugh. Obviously we work during the week, so it’s not exactly a 24 hour party zone.

The bedroom is smallish / cosy but very light and airy. Our last flatmate can fit a double bed, bedside table and chest of draws in there and still make it seem quite roomy. There is a lot of space in the eaves for storage etc.

The room is unfurnished but we have a couple bits of furniture that can be used if needed.

The living room kitchen and bathroom are all shared between us. We have an on demand boiler which makes for really good showers. We also have 2 fan assisted ovens, a gas stove and a big fridge freezer with a built in ice machine.

It’s a nice area and we have never had any trouble. The landlord is pretty good and sorts things out quite quickly if they arise. There is a 24hour Tesco about 10mins away and street parking is available (permit required). Brighton Train Station is 20 mins walk away, as is downtown itself. Hove Station is 10 minutes walk away. Number 7 bus (which stops at both train stations, town and Brighton Marina is just round the corner.

Rent is currently £460 PCM and includes the water bill and council tax. The Gas, Electricity and Broadband is additional. It’s a well insulated flat so we don’t tend to use too much gas to keep the place warm.

We also have a really friendly black and white cat so an animal lover is an absolute must.
