Hi, I'm looking for a flatmate to join me in my new place on Addison Road in Brighton.

About the flat:
It's a newly painted and refurbished 2-bed, ground floor flat on a nice quiet street close to Seven Dials. Both bedrooms are really good sized doubles and both with feature fireplaces. Both bedrooms also have large windows and tall ceilings so they're really light and airy (which, according to Changing Rooms, is a good thing).

There's a large kitchen/breakfast area with plenty of cupboards and counter space. This also has high ceilings but no fireplace.

There's also a shared bathroom, featuring a toilet, shower etc.

One of the best parts is that there's a large patio/garden area out back which will certainly be awesome for BBQs and outdoor parties when the weather's good again.

There's on street parking and shared entrance way. There's one other flat in the building (I think).


About me:
My name is Rich, I'm 26 years old, and I'm working as a designer at a digital agency in town.

I'm into: food and cooking; badminton; photography; playing drums; music; playing video games; good beer; technology in general. I can gladly talk about all of these things for long periods of time so it would be cool if you are into some of these things as well.

I'm sociable and spend a good amount of the week out of the house doing things. I like to keep the place tidy so please only get in touch if you do too! I play an electronic drum kit in the living room from time to time at sociable hours. The noise is limited as it comes through headphones, but it's something you'd have to be cool with.

...pretty much anything so long as it's conscientious and inoffensive
