Double Room in Friendly Shared House in Hove

*Update* Sadly we're now looking to fill two rooms!

We're looking for two easy going young professionals to complete our home.

The rooms are available from August 20th, the rent is £400pcm and bills works out under £100pcm.

The house has three floors and the rooms are on the top floor. We have a large shared kitchen and living room on the bottom floor and two bathrooms. The kitchen leads out to a shaded garden; if you like the sun then there's also a gorgeous sunny terrace on the middle floor which is perfect for barbecues.

We're right by Hove train station in a great location, with easy access to shops & a short walk to the sea front.

The bedrooms are unfurnished but the shared areas are fully stocked.

We would like someone who is clean and tidy, considerate, sociable but not a party animal, happy to do things together as a house but also has their own life.

We all work 9-5 Monday-Friday, enjoy occasional midweek drinks, the odd gathering, watching films, eating & dancing in the kitchen and BBQs in the summer. We like our house to be clean and tidy so we're looking for someone who respects that.

The house has traditional had a 2 boy, 2 girl split so we're looking to preserve that but we're open to anyone having a look round. Craig has lived in the house for over 2 and half years, Oli joined in February this year.
