Last housemate for fantastic house in hove

Fantastic house on Saxon Road in Hove, 15 minutes bus ride to central Brighton, easy access to Hove and Portslade train station. Lovely shared living room and Kitchen with big central breakfast bar and dining table. We now have a small single room left available.

I am currently living there and would like to stay, the house has some furniture and I have a lot more, it will be more or less fully furnished for any prospective house mates but could accommodate furniture.
Washing machine, dryer and dishwasher in kitchen. Shared shower / toilet for available rooms.

It is about 100 yards to Hove Lagoon and 500 yards to the sea. Brilliant location, free parking. Bills are around £75 to £100 per month on top of the rent.

I am a 31 year old professional who works in Brighton and London Monday to Friday. Travel abroad occasionally for work. Don't really party that much and am not a noisy person, I tend to get on with everyone.

I am looking for a sociable but fairly quiet person. It's not a party house.
