Large Room in hove to rent for 6 weeks
I currently share this flat with another male tenant, very friendly and approachable.
Due to finding somewhere else to live from March 1st we need somebody to take my place until the end of the tenancy on the 16th April (approx 6 weeks), however there has been recent discussion with the landlord to potentially extend this until May.
The flat is a good size, I have been using the very large living room as my bedroom, the new tenant will have the choice to continue using it as a bedroom or to occupy the smaller bedroom to free up and have a living room again.
The reason the tenancy is ending in April is due to the landlord wanting to renovate the property along with the other flats downstairs.
Quite rare to find a bedroom on offer this large (I have a double bed, large wardrobe, full sofa and a tv with stand and still have considerable space) at this price!
Referencing fees to the letting agent will be applicable to whoever wishes to move in (roughly £100)
When enquiring I will put you through to the existing housemate Karl (who you will be sharing with)
Happy to do viewings after work time during the week and on weekends. Looking to get something confirmed rather quickly
