The current housemates are all working locally – they are friendly and sociable, so would like the next housemate to be the same! Everyone has lived here for at least a year, so it would be good if the next housemate is planning on staying for 6+ months. Everyone chips in to keep the place tidy so also looking for someone who will look after the place.

It’s a great location, a quiet street, but only round the corner from Aldrington station and the shops on Portland Rd. It’s about 10/15 mins walk to Hove Station, George Street and the seafront.
