Short Let from 4th March 2018
Short let only from 4th March .
Perfect to use as a base whilst you look for something more permanent .
Female preferred. It is not suitable for couples.
Please do not contact me if you are looking for longer , this is a SHORT let only as I bnb this room and am not looking for a long term lodger.
However it is the perfect place to find your feet in Brighton or use for a short trip.
Its a single space for 1 person available in a fantastic flat right by Hove Lawns and the seafront.
The flat is very large, bright and spacious. The bedroom is a single room and very quirky , its unusual in shape and design but cosy and cheap!
It does NOT have a window so you will either love it or hate it!
Me: I'm laid back and easy to get on with . Its a large flat and I live here with a friendly dog. You must be a pet lover.
I you are interested email and tell me about yourself. This is a 1 month let only . Thanks!
