Single room- Dog friendly- Nice housemates

Hi everyone,

I am looking at the possibility of renting out my spare room and am checking out
what interest there might be.

I am a live-in Landlady with a No-Smoking Single room available to rent £375pcm (Bills included) available within the next couple of weeks. (Beginning of March-ish)
with a nice professional 24 year old male, me a mature nursing student/agency worker(27) and my lovely 2 year old friendly female spaniel.

*if you have a well behaved/quiet/Toilet trained Dog I would be open to trial-ing them moving in, however the rent would be a little higher*

It is a lovely 3 bedroom Maisonette at the Portslade end of Hove.
Nice shared living Space, Pretty small single room but extra cupboard space outside the room for your use and some attic space if needed.

The reason the rent is fairly low is the Maisonette is a 'work in progress' so to speak.
Its lovely and has a nice living room, and kitchen but does need repainting in places, and am currently trying to sort out Ventilation problems with the bathroom.
(Nice hot shower does make up for this!)
Basically this is my home and I am working to make it perfect, If you are happy to move into it as it is you can only enjoy it as it improves :)

(I am very happy here as is my housemate!)

Great Transport links (5 Minute walk to Portslade Station, 1 Minute walk to Bus stop)
Free non-permit Street parking.

Looking for someone fun and friendly that likes to socialise but can respect the neighbours and us :)
Professional/mature student with references and deposit.
