I'm moving out the flat at the end of July to move in with my girlfriend and looking for someone to replace me in an awesome flat with 2 friendly male professionals who both work in tech. Both guys (Ed and Arran) are super chilled, enjoy doing their own thing but also chilling out in the flat and enjoying the occasional pint / game of table tennis / frisbee.

Extremely spacious 7mtr furnished lounge with dining table and chairs, big leather sofa, large TV.

Nice Hove residential area with nearby shops, supermarkets, restaurants and pubs...everything you need basically, with good bus links and 20 minutes walk to Brighton centre.

Parking is by permit. Zone N which currently has no waiting list.

Bedroom is unfurnished.
