Large double en suite room in family house.

We're looking for a lodger, or a couple, to rent our lovely, large airy and bright en-suite loft room in our family home in Hove. The room is currently furnished with two twin beds, a desk, two sets of draws, hanging space and a fridge.

We are situated a stones throw from the pedestrianised shopping and coffee shop area of George Street and the big Tesco,

Transport links are excellent with Hove train station only a 5 to 10 minute walk and there are frequent buses into town at the end of the street.

We are a cheerful family of three - I have gone back to teaching one day a week but am at home racing around with the children, taking them to activities, play dates whilst trying to fit in a bit of 'me' time. My boys are two and six years of age and we are a busy family who enjoy many activities, especially being outdoors.

We are used to having lodgers - we enjoy meeting new people and are comfortable sharing our space. Ideally, I am looking for a friendly, considerate, female professional who is happy to be sociable but who also likes her own space. The flat is maintained to a high standard and I like to keep it clean and tidy (after the daily clean up of toys!)
I would consider any professionals but would need to charge slightly more for couples.
