The room has its own fire escape/balcony with great sea views that leads up to kitchen balcony and large roof terrace which is perfect for summer BBQ's!

You have your own toilet and sink in an ensuite room next to the front door and you are on your own floor entirely so no noise worries!

Rest of flat is very spacious, with a beautiful large living room, big kitchen with large counter where we eat, large hallway and plenty of storage space in the attic.

There is also a basement lockup for bikes - useful as the flat is at the top of the building.

Other flatmates are both young professionals - I work in marketing for a small tech company up the road, and my friend is a carpenter/decorator who also works as a nanny and many other interesting things!

We like living in a tidy clean home so if you are a messy person who is relaxed about washing up, this ain't for you! The sitting room is great for hanging out and eating meals with friends. We don't have a TV and don't want one, but your welcome to set something up in your room of course.
