Small double room in comfortable Hove flat
Hi there, my name is Lucy and I'm looking to rent a bedroom in my flat. The room is small, with only a space for a bed and a wardrobe.
(Please don't be confused that my profile picture is a man - I am borrowing my brother's account, and he may be the one who gets in touch!).
I have been living in the flat for the last 3 years however recently made the move to London.
The flat has been recently refurbished, has a spacious living/kitchen area with a dining table, desk, seating area, bookcases and is very comfortable. There is a wet room with a shower, toilet and sink and a separate bathroom with bath and sink. You can see the sea from the balcony but please be aware it's a top floor flat so quite a lot of stairs! There is a dishwasher and a washing machine, however no tumble dryer (I just use a drying rack, but there is a laundrette about a 2 min walk away).
One of the key points is the location - the flat is just off Western Road, close to the Co-op and Waitrose and about a 10min walk from Churchill Square. Lots of bars and restaurants within a couple of mins walk as well as buses to pretty much everywhere in the city. The beach is also about a 3-4 minute walk away. Yet the road itself is fairly quiet.
All bills (water, electricity, gas, council tax and wifi) are included.
No pets. Not available to couples.
