Room available in fantastic Seven Dials flat share!

Our current housemate is moving away at short notice so we have a room in a three double bedroom flat which has been recently renovated with a new kitchen/ bathroom/ insulation/ double glazing etc and is approximately a 10 minute walk from the train station! It is a private let so no extortionate agency fees either!

You'd be living with me, Ollie, and Kate, we are both tidy and conscientious and up for a few drinks every now and then and have had good flat sharing experiences in the past! We're looking for like minded people of a similar age, who doesn't want to be stuck in their room all the time!

The flat is very modern and spacious, with a kitchen, lounge, bathroom, toilet, and three bedrooms (one available). There is BT broadband and Freeview. Parking is available on the street outside but you will need a permit, which is £40 for 3 months and £120 for 12 months. BIlls are typically £95/ month each.
