Hi there!

I have a sunny double room available in a spacious 2-bed flat.

The rent includes a secure, allotted, underground parking space and your own large bathroom opposite your room. The flat is on the top (second) floor and the building includes an elevator.

The shared area includes a huge, beautiful kitchen/diner which opens out onto a large balcony that overlooks Hove Park.

The bedroom contains a double bed, a large fitted wardrobe and other storage. There's other storage space throughout the flat, including loft space for any bulky items.

Facilities in the flat include: washing machine/dryer, airing cupboard, dishwasher, gas cooker, double oven, a large fridge and freezer and a Smart TV.

The building sits in a quiet cul-de-sac opposite Hove Park. Supermarkets, shops and Hove Station are in within 10 minutes walk, and the A23 and A27 are easily accessible. The building itself is quiet, attractive, well-maintained and is surrounded by kept gardens. There is also underground space for bike storage.

Opposite, Hove Park is a rare expanse of green and contains council-run sports facilities (12 tennis courts, an astro football pitch and a basketball court).

The rent includes all bills, including council tax, gas, electricity, water, internet (unlimited broadband) and TV.

So that's the flat - now a bit about me! I'm a 27-year-old 'young professional' working as a geophysicist. I like playing (with varying degrees of success) lots of sports - mainly football, touch rugby and fencing. I like big nights out, quiet nights in, eating out with friends, going to the cinema, lying on the beach...you name it really! I am also vegetarian.

As for you? First and foremost I'm looking for a considerate housemate - someone clean, tidy, easy-to-get-on-with and who won't be practicing guitar at 2am. I want to keep the flat in great condition so I'm also looking for someone who is OK with a ban on flat parties and messy pre-drinks! Essentially I'm hoping to find someone friendly and interesting and trustworthy.

The rent is £650 per month. I'll also need a £650 deposit (refundable when you leave assuming no damage or unpaid rent) and each month's rent will need to be paid up front. I'll also ask for references before you move in.

Earliest move-in date is 7th May 2016.

I won't be able to answer my phone during work hours on weekdays, so you can either email or call after 18:00. If I can't answer your call, feel free to leave a voicemail or send an email.
