Double room with own separate bathroom.
My flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend and I am looking for someone new to share the flat with ASAP. Its a 2 bed-roomed 5th floor flat and the room available is an unfurnished double with built in wardrobes. Bright spacious flat in Eaton Manor. Huge lounge/diner and 2 bathrooms (one each). Close to Shops and a short walk to Hove train station. I am looking for someone reliable, clean, but not OCD (keeps on top of the washing up!),and considerate to a shift worker. References £36. Room available from 23rd August although could be late July if required!!. I am a relaxed and friendly individual and its a chilled out atmosphere. If you have furniture there is plenty of room as some shown in the photos will be going. An added bonus is no damp issues in the flat at all! Car parking on a first come first served basis. Sorry no pets. Rent is £600 and bills on top are £164.
