Lovely double room in Hove

The room is a large double with a triple built-in wardrobe, so plenty of storage space. Your own private bathroom (bath with powerful shower, sink & toilet) is just across the hall.
There is a bed base, but you would need your own mattress; I could arrange for the bed base to be removed if it's not needed.

The flat has 2 double bedrooms and is on the 2nd floor of a modern purpose-built building. There's a private underground car parking space if you have a car and another visitor parking space too.
It's a really big, modern and light place. There's a huge kitchen (with appliances) and a big living/dining room with a 'Juliet' balcony. There are wooden floors throughout and it's all neutrally decorated. The flat is south-facing and looks out over the rest of the development (making it really quiet as it's not overlooking a road). There's€™ never any noise from neighbours either, but there's a very friendly feel in the building.

It's in a brilliant location, halfway between Brighton and Hove train stations (a 10/15 minute walk to each) and the number 7 bus stop is right outside the building (taking you all the way to the Marina). The shops, cafes and restaurants of Western Road are only 5 minutes away on foot, and you can walk to the Lanes in 20 minutes.

I am a primary school teacher who's lived my whole life in the area and I love making the most of what Brighton & Hove has to offer. I'm a tidy and considerate flatmate who enjoys eating out and socialising and the odd evening curled up watching questionable TV! The rent currently stands at £600 per person, per month and bills are around £150 (energy, water, council tax, TV licence and Sky broadband). There will be admin fees and a deposit to pay to the agent before moving in. The room will be available from the beginning of September, when my current housemate moves out to live with her boyfriend.
