Stunning room in heart of Hove

Looking for an easy going tidy flatmate to share my lovely flat in Hove. Sharing with myself and 1 elderly and friendly dog .

It's the best room in the flat with white painted floors , lots of light , plenty of wardrobe storage and a very comfortable double bed. Its also very private as its away from the other bedroom. Comes with double bed, lots of wardrobe space, 2 x chest of drawers.. I've used this room all summer as an Airbnb so its immaculate.

I'm looking for a laid back and easy going full time working female . I work from home so having someone else at home all day just wouldn't work for me .

I am not looking for couples or anyone with pets.

Me: I'm a very friendly person , laid back , tidy and clean . I am quite house proud and my party days are over! I like to keep active. I'm an avid traveller and will often be away . There is a possibility that I may be away for a couple of months during your stay but its still in the planning stages at the moment.

All in all I am looking for someone trustworthy, tidy and who would make a good flatmate .
