Beautiful large room in top (second) floor of a large house in Hove with own balcony (south facing). Close to Station and Hove Park, quiet area, parking available. This is a large room double size but for single occupancy. It is well furnished, with good storage space. Outside the room is a landing, which has kitchenette facilities for you (and maybe one other room) also a high quality bathroom. The house is lovely, the live-in owners are a semi-retired professional couple.

There is wi-fi available, a TV in the room, and you can, if required, use the owners' laundry facilities once a week, and the downstairs kitchen occasionally as well. There is also Bike storage available, if appropriate.

We are looking for a professional, working, responsible and considerate occupant with good references. SINGLE OCCUPANCY ONLY.
