Bus stops at the end of the road. Close to shops. Well maintained building. Flat is a good size and the room is a double room and is furnished.
I'm looking for someone easy to live with, clean (not obsessivley!) and just considerate really. I am self employed in catering / cooking so the kitchen is pretty much my office during the day.
