Beautiful house & lovely flatmates in Hove

We'll have a vacancy in our spacious fully furnished house by Hove Lagoon, staring on Sunday, 3rd July --> 20th August, 2016. This is to replace me in my current contract (with the approval of our landlady), however, if you enjoy living here, you'll be able to take on a new one (for 6 months) from 21st August.

About the house, it's located literally seconds away from the seafront, has a large garden and is very well connected to town (buses 1 and 6 as well as trains from Aldrington and Portslade).

The house has a living room and kitchen with a dining area on the ground floor, three bedrooms and a bathroom on the fist floor, and another en-suite bedroom in a loft conversion. You'd have one of the bedrooms on the 1st floor at the rare of the house, overlooking the garden.

The bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and built in storage. It's very light, quiet and quite spacious.

The house is very well presented and has all the white appliances: TV, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as working fire place in the living room and a bbq in the garden.

My flatmates are three professionals, 25 - 32, really friendly, tidy and easy to live with. We're looking for someone of a similar age, professional and ideally someone friendly, clean and respectful to privacy of others.

The rent is £450/month + £100/month that we pay into a shared account towards bills, council tax, TV licence and the broadband. The deposit is £675 to be paid in advance.

It really is a beautiful house with lovely flatmates.

Finally, the pictures are from two years ago, when our landlady used to live here. She has taken some of the fancier decoration away when she moved out. Therefore, the house doesn’t look as lush anymore, but is still very cosy and comfortable to live in – come to see for yourself.
