Room in leafy Central Hove flat

Hi!

I've a bright and good sized double available in my two bed flat in leafy central Hove, just off Church Road and 5 minutes up from Hove Lawns.

About the room:
- furnished with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table
- 13ft by 11ft.
- all bills included, Gas & Elec, council tax, water, broadband
- It is a 1st October 'move in' and there's no wiggle room on this I'm afraid, though of course you could move in after, this is when rent would need to run from.

About the flat:
- bright, airy and quiet; it covers the whole of the top floor so feels very calm with no footsteps in the common areas or above!
- living room with 2 sofas, kitchen with all appliances and lots of cooking equipment, good sized bathroom

About the area:
As I say, just off Church Road so only a 20 minute walk to centre of town. Basically every bus you can need runs from the bottom of the road and Hove station is a 10 minute stroll.

About me:
I'm 33, into cooking, sport, music and live a very chilled life. Like box sets and tracky bottoms, but who doesn't?

About you:
Guys or girls. Professionals. Friendly, happy and housetrained!

I respect the need for space as you do I'm sure, but it'd be cool to live with someone who'd enjoy hanging out from time to time, watching a bit of TV, sharing a meal. Nice thing to do I think.

It's definitely not a party house I'm afraid, but I have friends round for dinner and stuff from time to time, and you can do the same!
