The flat is situated in Rutland Gardens, close to the seafront in central Hove, located just off New Church Road on the main bus route into Brighton. There are good shops, pubs, restaurants and supermarkets at the top of the street in Portland Road and just walking distance from George Street amenities with plenty of places to go out locally.
Hove station is about a 15 minute walk and the seafront is just one street away.

The £675 per month payable, will include all utility bills, wifi and council tax.
