700 all inclusive for single occupancy and 750 for double occupancy. We are two females looking for a quiet respectful couple to share a large spacious house. All inclusive. We have a lovely ground floor garden room in a super set up for the right working couple or single professional. Any age with a high degree of pride in their living environment and an appreciation for a peaceful clean house which respects the personal space of others in the house. No parties and no visitors
because of covid, traffic through the house is restricted to sharers. In return offered a Quiet secluded fully equipped garden room with private shower. Street parking.

Great location on Hove seafront (Lagoon)Wish Park area. Fully inclusive of all bills. Nothing else on top. Very spacious on 3 floor house. Lots of personal space. Shared kitchen and dining room and large sunny lounge.

Live in home help to upkeep cleaning of communal areas. Routine jobs are shared by the sharers.

Free parking three streets up. Very flexible residents parking. residents vouchers available.
BUSES
On main bus routes to everywhere! Bus 700 along seafront. Or regular buses in New Church Road. All directly into Brighton.

THE SHARERS/Lodgers

One teacher who works abroad 70% of the time. Two working couples. .
This is a comfortable fully equipped house suited to 'mature' people who are working professionals who want
to live in a tidy and clean environment. Must be happy to take responsibility for cleaning up after themselves and take a role in putting out bins etc. The garden is maintained.

The housemates/lodgers ideally are working professionals, or retired professionals, but mature in attitude.

This may not suit everyone. This arrangement would only suit respectful, responsible sharers. Sorry, it is not a party house. But rather a comfortable clean home to come home to after a days work or study. Long term holiday makers are welcome.

LOCATION

Take a look at the location and get back to me if the location is OK. It is around 20 mins by bike along the seafront. 10 mins to Portslade train station by foot. 20 to Hove station. On main bus routes and 40 mins by foot to the center of Brighton and a 20 minute jog.
