Sunny room in a stylish professional house

Light and airy room in a stylish and well-appointed house in the Kemp Town/Queens Park area of Brighton available from the 11th May.
The room is fully and comfortably furnished with new John Lewis double bed & mattress, Ikea double wardrobe, chest of drawers etc.
The house has all mod cons: washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave etc. I try to be reasonable energy conscious so only ever put washing machine, dryer and dishwasher on at night with cheap rate power and not leaving equipment, charger and computer equipment on stand-by or similar.
I also have a cleaner to do communal areas.
I am looking for a non-smoking, working professional person (sorry not looking for student, couples or DHSS).
The street is fairly quiet, and on a few major bus routes. (Unfortunately there is no access to store a bike in the house)
As a secondary school teacher I am surrounded by rowdy and often demanding teenage students all day, so I need to return home to a calm, quiet, clean & tidy environment at all times.
