I have a large double room available in a beautiful 2 bed house 5 minutes walk from the beach, North Lanes, all the amenities of St James's Street and the lovely green open space of Queens Park. The room has 2 double wardrobes with cupboards above and 3 windows so lots of natural light. Newly renovated bathroom, 2 reception rooms, a courtyard garden that gets the sun in summer most of the day, space to store your bike. You'll be sharing with me (female, forties, easy to get along with, into yoga, walking, cycling) although I stay in London for work Mon-Fri so you’ll have the house to yourself. On street parking is available with a permit (Zone C). Would suit considerate professional 30 plus.

Rent is £450pcm including all bills (utilities, wi-fi, cable tv etc).
