Flat is 2 bed, with shared living room/kitchen open plan. Single shower and bathroom. Room is unfurnished, but currently fits a king size bed. Current tenant is taking the sofa and table, so you can either bring your own or we can source items after new tenant arrives.
Rent includes water, internet, tv and council tax. Electricity is by meter, which works out approx £20 each per month.
