Quiet person/2 friends/couple sought for short or long let -very large double bright furnished room in quiet Victorian house in Kemp Town v near shops, beach, buses, County hospital.
Will consider couple or 2 friends sharing for £750/mth or one person only (occasional guests fine) for £650/mth. Only 2 other housemates and you'd often have the house to yourself.
High ceilings, spacious house (looks quite "cottagey" in pic but large inside) Nice courtyard garden with tree and honeysuckle. Lovely shared sitting/dining room with TV inc cable. Rent incs council tax, all bills, TV, broadband (wifi in all rooms), cleaner, household expenses (eg. loo rolls, hand wash, wash up liquid etc)
It's a very quiet house - tiny road and well built so not much noise through walls. Desk in room and single mattress underneath double bed for occasional guests. Walking distance to LIDL, Asda, Coop and town centre and loads of buses withing 5 mins of house. Parking with permit (no waiting list).
