I have a lovely double room for rent in my happy house in KempTown. The room has a double bed, double wardrobe and storage space. The house is 3 bedrooms with a big garden and a conservatory. There is a bathroom, and separate toilet, and a barbecue all ready for a nice summer (fingers crossed-I think we deserve one!!). The house is lovely and quiet and 10 minutes walk from St James Street, the hospital and near bus routes. I am looking for a laid back professional who will respect my house and also enjoy it as their home! The photos of the room aren`t great, so it`s best to come and see it and meet me. I’m a psychologist who has an addiction to cheese and bingeing on box sets (still not found a therapy to cure me of those!).If you think you might fit the bill get in touch! Refs required please.
