Hello, we are currently looking to fill a room in our 8 bedroomed house of 4 boys and 3 girls, with space for one more person. It's literally seconds away from the beach in the central Kemp Town area of Brighton.
One of our current housemates is leaving over summer and we would like to find a new friendly and laid back housemate to live with us for the next year.
The room will be £99 a week and is a modestly sized double room furnished with bed, wardrobe, and writing desk. There is good communal storage space throughout the house and as well as that we've got a dishwasher and washing machine and we are all really nice people to live with!
