I am looking for a discerning, professional female or male tenant to rent the entire top floor of my family home. The room is a large double under the eaves, with beautiful views out to the sea, and measures 20'x15'. It comes partly furnished with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, leaving plenty of room for a double bed if need be. There is an ensuite bathroom, with a bath and newly fitted stand-in shower.
About us? I am a single mum of two awesome kids-not the whiny, stroppy kind, but the smily, funny, turn your day around kind. They are Matilda 13, and Rafferty 11. I work part time at a Bikram yoga studio in town, and also work as an illustrator and portrait artist.

I moved from London nearly 12 years ago, and have never looked back. I always wanted a home within a great community, and I've got it here. Its a great house, near Kemptown and Queen’s Park, close to town and transport links, and the top floor has so much potential, and also privacy if need be. I'm not looking for a baby sitter, just someone kind and interesting, who can help keep me in the shoes I'm accustomed to(!).
