One room in student house up for rent 2014/15

Unfortunatly one of our housemates is no longer going to university next year so we are looking for a female housemate to live with us next year in a five bedroom house on George street, around the corner from the Old Steine bus stop and a few minutes from the pier. We are staying in our current house and one room has come available at the back of the house, so it very quiet. Great central location in town, a small walk to the shops, clubs, pubs and seafront, with morrisons around the corner. Two bathrooms, both with a toilet and shower, and one with a bath. Spacious kitchen cupboards and lots of fridge space. Cosy dining room and a good sized garden. Majority of buses go from the old steine bus stop which is 5 minutes around the corner. Bills around £20-30 a month. Rent £442 a month. Agency fee will be £180. Deposit around £550. Room includes a desk, chair, good sized wardrobe, single bed & mattress and two small cabinates. Even though the room is a bit on the small side, there is lots of storage under the bed and in the wardrobe. You will be living with all girls, 3 who are studying at Brighton on the mouslecoomb campus which is a ten minute bus journey or a 40 minute walk away, and one studying at BIMM. Grande Parade campus is just down the hill a few minutes away. 25 bus runs regularly from the nearby bus stop if going Mouslecoomb, Falmer or Sussex. Also a 15 minute walk to the train station. The train is very quick to Sussex/Falmer. We enjoy going out a few times a week as well as having nights in, also allowing enough time for our studies, so are looking for like-minded people.
