HUGE massive room in flat next to the sea

Absolutely massive room up for grabs in Kemptown Village. We're literally 1 minute from the sea.

Room is about 4 metres by 6 metres. Comes unfurnished. It's pretty much like having your own 1-bed flat. Also has a large walk-in closet!

In the house we've got a bathroom with a bath, nice size kitchen, gas central heating, virgin broadband and a MASSIVE back garden which is ours only. Only thing we don't have is a living room, but you won't need to worry about that with a room this size.

We need someone in for the very beginning of July, but you can move in earlier if you need to. We (two women - 31 and 33) live in the other two rooms and the house includes a cat, so you'd have to be cat friendly. We both work but also creative on the side. We're friendly and laidback, but not in your face. We'd like people to move in that want to be part of a household and not just occupy a room within a house. If that sounds like you, come by.

Rent is £625 excluding bills. Bills are split equally, per person, so there's no definite figure we can give you as it'll vary depending on if you're single or a couple.
No agency fees. Deposit is 1. 5 months = £940.
